- Return Period

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be processed, and Weave Nest Tray will review each case on a case-by-case basis.

After approval, please return the goods to the address provided by customer service.

- Shipping Costs
For returns due to product quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect item delivery, Weave Nest Tray will cover the associated costs.
For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer.
